OUR SPIRIT DAY PROGRAM

Fundraisers will be offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The event will be held all day. Qualified and participating organizations will receive 25% of the proceeds from all program-generated sales where the assigned code was used. For your event to truly be successful, we encourage you to share that information verbally, in printed materials, and online.

Please understand that requests within our qualifications will be considered, and must be received 30 days preceding the event.

SPIRIT DAY QUALIFICATIONS

In order to be considered for the fulfillment, the organization and donation should meet these qualifications:

  • The organization’s purpose aligns with the ethics and integrity of WhiteWater Express Car
  • The organization must be located within a 20-mile radius of a WhiteWater Express location
  • The event serves the greater good of the community and extends to the local audience
  • Organizations purpose is in one of the following categories and be able to provide a W9 and 501(3)(c): Education, Service Clubs, Youth Athletic Groups

Organizations purchase our Carnauba Gold Wash at a discounted rate, sell the wash to friends and family at a discounted rate as a thanks for supporting your organization, and keep the proceeds. Please understand that requests within our qualifications will be considered, and must be received 30 days preceding to the event.

  • Organization’s purpose aligns with ethics and integrity of WhiteWater Express Car

To help us fulfill requests for donations we ask that applications be completed online and submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date. Please understand that not all donation requests will be met, however, we will consider every request that fits within our guidelines.
