To help us fulfill requests for donations we ask that applications be completed online and submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date. Please understand that not all donation requests will be met, however, we will consider every request that fits within our guidelines.

If your request is fulfilled, you will receive more information from our team.

DONATION QUALIFICATIONS

In order to be considered for the fulfillment, the organization and donation should meet these qualifications:

  • The organization’s purpose aligns with the ethics and integrity of WhiteWater Express Car Wash
  • The event serves the greater good of the community and extends to the local audience
  • Organizations purpose is in one of the following categories and be able to provide a W9 and 501(3)(c): Education, Service Clubs, Youth Athletic Groups
