1.Eligibility: This Giveaway is only open to those who are 18 years of age or older who sign up at the WhiteWater Express Car Wash website by the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of WhiteWater Express Car Wash, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers,(collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2.Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of WhiteWater Express Car Wash as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

3.Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting on Friday, 3/21/2025 at 7:30 AM CST and ending Friday, 3/28/2025 at 11:59 PM CST. All entries must be received by then.

4.How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting your information to WhiteWater Express Car Wash using the contact form listed on our social media posts for entry. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. The usage of information provided will be used for contest entry. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent t he rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of WhiteWater Express Car Wash.

5.Prizes: All entrants are eligible to win one (1) year of free WhiteWater Express car washes, one wash per week. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for WhiteWater Express Car Wash to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6.Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of WhiteWater Express Car Wash. Winner will be notified on Monday, 3/31/2025 by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. WhiteWater Express Car Wash shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF WHITEWATER EXPRESS CAR WASH WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7.Terms and Conditions: The Giveaway Winner will receive one (1) year's worth of free car washes, 1 per week for a calendar year. Prize may be redeemed at any WhiteWater Express Car Wash location for car washes and cannot be combined with another existing WhiteWater Express Car Wash offers or Unlimited Speed Club Memberships.

8.Publicity: By entering, you grant WhiteWater Express Car Wash the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing materials without additional compensation.

9.Release of Instagram & Facebook: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. By participating, you release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility regarding this contest.

10.General Conditions: WhiteWater Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control compromise the integrity of the contest. We also reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be violating these terms and conditions.
